Terms of Service

1. Use of Our Service
You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. By using our service you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these terms. You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or abuse our platform
- Submit false, fraudulent, or abusive orders or reviews
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or impairs our service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
2. Accounts
When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at angkorregina@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.
3. Online Ordering
All orders placed through our platform are an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance via an on-screen confirmation and/or email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to:
- Item unavailability or stock limitations
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions
- Delivery address falling outside our service area
- Suspected fraudulent activity
Estimated preparation and delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you represent that you are authorised to use that payment method.
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order has been accepted and sent to the kitchen, it may not be cancelled. However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup and we will work with you to resolve it, including issuing a full or partial refund where appropriate.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that are clearly abusive or fall outside reasonable grounds.
